During the past ten (10) years I have had the opportunity to study with an exceptional Reike Master, spiritual healer, as well as to enhance my clairvoyant senses. I have also received certificates in massage utilizing various techniques, certificates in Reflexology and as a Health Consultant.
With a passion for holistic/alternative health care I own and operate a Wellness Center, “Holistic Health”, located in Wrightwood, California. At the center we offer one-on-one counseling using various types from Reike, spiritual and /or energy healing or clairvoyant counseling. Massage sessions for stress deduction and relaxation is also offered as well mediation, Imagery technique, Mind Body Dialogue and more. Holistic mission is restoring a client’s original and natural state of perfect health and well being.

Holistic Counseling uses a holistic approach which surpasses conventional views of healing. Holistic counseling uses various alternatives approaches in order to achieve one’s integrated whole, Body, Mind and Spirit. Holistic Counseling‘s belief is that one’s original and natural state is perfect health and well-being of the whole person (Body, Mind and Spirit).
Holistic Counseling refers to the philosophy of healing one’s body being interconnected mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. If we listen to our bodies which is a perfect communicator, then we can understand what it is to be healed and only then will Holistic Health Counseling support you fully as an integrated whole (mind body and spirit) through alternative healing.
You were born with a unique purpose, to be strong, intelligent, powerful, creative and more, but due to exterior influences in one’s life one’s spirit may be altered. Your spirit whole and complete can be effected by family crisis, personal issues, outside expectations, conflicts, etc when you were quite young. From youth through adult-hood these exterior influences can affect the way one thinks or perceives yourself, others and the world around you.
Negatively in and around yourself can diminish your expression and true connection causing doubt, low esteem a feeling of worthlessness and more. I will assist you in transforming that negative and or diminishing behavior to the person you were meant to be happy whole and complete. I will help you to understand and unlock the dark inner self and realize your ultimate potential, strength and your power within.
Who you think you “should” be from the relationships and the life you truly desire your behavior and patterns of thinking will be transformed. Your inner self will express and reflect who you really are. You will begin to and understand that you had it all along with just the right amount of nurturing. With individualized counseling our sessions will enable you to gain your unique purpose, strength, passion and joy.
Healing alternatives are designed for your personal interests, and specific needs with emphasis on stress, depression, relations, and family crisis. Eliminating stress, depression, anxiety, and other individual crisis is our #1 concern in working with the Mind, Body, and Spirit to heal the whole body (not just mask the illness through medication)
